My arms and chest really look cut. I do this for about 20 mintues a day. Don't do 6 minutes cuz thats to little. Just do it 20 minutes a day and you'll see results...trust me. Whenever I do something others feel is out of who I am (to them) their responses is of surprise. Just like I made a choice to make a lifestyle change to live a healthier life, I've done the same with living a Christ-like life. But too, just as I'm judged for living a Christ-like life, I'm also judged for making a healthier lifestyle change.....What can I say but that I have to live my life for me, and not for others, but pray that all are able to recognize Christ in me........ Mainstream society has this messed up view of Christians as being non realistic, that we go around smiling all the time, blessing people, and that things do not effect us at all. JESUS said that in THIS world, we will have trials and tribulations, so things will effect us, emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually...but let's not forget the rest of the statement JESUS made. He add, " But be of good cheer, for I have overcome ' the world '". Continue with your faith walk Ms. Bailey as I continue mine. Remember no matter what, GOD will never leave us or forsake us.
