I am a natural bodybuilder that needs to improve back thickness. I just started experimenting with deadlifts, but was wondering what you feel is best for back development: full, off the floor deadlifts or partial, rack deadlifts.
I have been using POWER/REP RANGE/SHOCK training for about two straight years now with fantastic results. However, I just recently read about FIBER DAMAGE/FIBER SATURATION training and wanted to know if I should switch over to this program. Is it even better?
Eric, I see some of the bigger guys at my gym doing a lot of exercises using one arm or leg at a time. Is there any advantage to doing this? How often should I incorporate this type of training? Aside from the obvious, what are some good movements to do one side at a time?
I am extremely ectomorphic. My goal is to gain as much bulk as possible, but I don’t want to get too fat. I weigh about 155 and wish to get to about 185 in the next year. Should I be doing cardio along with my weight training?
I am a college student and can only work a part-time job, so I do not have a lot of extra cash to spend on myself. I am very dedicated to getting the physique I want, so I put the majority of my dollars toward food and a gym membership. However, I do have a bit left over, which I would like to use for some helpful supplements. That said I do not want to waste my money on nonsense products. Can you please tell me the best basic supplements I should have in my regimen, and a schedule for taking them?
