  1. That high sugar/high GI carbs can make you feel depressed. They will quickly increase blood sugar and serotonin, giving you a brief "high," but this is rapidly replaced by low energy and a "mood crash."

  6. That going backward on the treadmill or elliptical machine has been shown to increase aerobic capacity, as well as hamstring and quad strength MORE than going forward.
